Terms and conditions for use of Instant Property Valuation of Wing Lung Bank Limited

I/We wish to further proceed with the instant property valuation service and agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The Instant property valuation is for reference only and is not binding on Wing Lung Bank Limited. Wing Lung Bank Limited reserves the right to re-value the subject property at its full discretion at anytime.
2. Valuation of your property is based on the following assumptions:
i. Information given is up-to-date, accurate, and complete;
ii. The valuation is conducted on a vacant possession basis;
iii. The property is not subject to any tenancy;
iv. The property is subject to good title;
v. The property is in good condition and has no illegal structure;
vi. There are no premiums or any other payments due and outstanding in relation to the property; and
vii. The subject property is free from encumbrances, restrictions and outgoings of an onerous nature which could affect its values.
3. For Home Ownership Scheme/Private Sector Participation Scheme, Flat-For-Sale Scheme, Sandwich Class Housing Scheme and any other housing schemes similar in nature, it is assumed that the premium payable for removing the alienation restriction has been paid and the subject property is freely disposable in the open market.
4. Our bank shall not be liable to the applicant for any damage incurred or loss suffered by him/her/them in connection with the purchase or proposed purchase of the property in respect of which an Instant Property Valuation is made, whether as a result of the applicant having relied on the Instant Property Valuation in deciding whether to proceed with the purchase of the property or otherwise, and the applicant hereby acknowledge that if he/she/they do(es) so rely on the Instant Property Valuation, he/she/they do(es) so entirely at his/her/their own risk.
5. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
