Wing Lung Card is available in two card types, HKD Card and RMB Card, to create for your needs.

Cash Withdrawal, Balance Enquiry and Fund Transfer
Wing Lung Card service allows you to withdrawal cash, check your account balance and transfer funds between your accounts with our Bank at ATMs with or logo anytime. You can also transfer funds from your Wing Lung Bank accounts to accounts with other JETCO member banks via "Inter-bank Fund Transfer" service . With RMB Card, you can withdraw RMB notes in the Mainland China and no exchange rate conversion will be involved, giving you greater flexibility when traveling to Mainland China.
Spending with Pleasure and Ease
You can use Wing Lung Card to pay for your purchase at over 1,600,000 point-of-sale terminals with or logo around the world. The transaction amount will be debited directly to your designated account with our Bank.
Bill Payment and Donation to Charity
As a Wing Lung Card holder, you can settle public utility bills and commercial payments through ATMs with logo. You can pay credit card bill of other JETCO member banks and make donation to Charitable Organizations at ATMs. You can also pay your bills with over 400 merchants through Internet or a tone phone anytime using your Wing Lung Card simply by setting up a PPS account at registration terminal.
MPF Services
Using Wing Lung Card, you can enquire about your last MPF contribution of your Bank Consortium Trust MPF account and account balance, and make MPF contribution through our Bank's ATMs or other JETCO member banks' ATMs with sticker.
Other Wing Lung Card ATM services available include request for cheque book, request for statement of account and change of Personal Identification Number (PIN).

RMB Cash Withdrawal Services
You can use Wing Lung Card to perform RMB cash withdrawal service at our ATM with label. The daily maximum amount is RMB20,000; and for each transaction minimum amount RMB100 and maximum amount RMB4,000 respectively. The transaction amount will be deducted from HKD Account and we offer you preferential exchange rate without any surcharges.
Wing Lung Card can also perform cash withdrawal at other ATM. The transaction amount will be deducted from your appointed HKD Account. Exchange rate and surcharges will be upon ATM Service provider Bank.

RMB are subject to exchange rate fluctuations which may bring both opportunities and risks. The fluctuation in the exchange rate may result in losses in the event that the customer converts RMB into Hong Kong dollars.
