What is sender code for?

Sender code is an additional password for enhanced security. You may set sender code for each fund transfer transaction and inform the receiver. The receiver needs to enter this additional password before they can collect the money sent by you.

Is there any transaction limit using CMB Wing Lung Bank JETCO Pay Fund Transfer Services?

You can send money to another person through the App with the amount not exceeding HK$10,000 per day and not less than HK$1 for each sending through your designated account of the Bank. No money shall be sent through the App if the amount exceeds the said limit.

The fund will be returned to the sender’s account if the receiver does not collect the fund within 7 calendar days.

How long does it take to process each transaction?

Transfer to JETCO Pay participating banks: Once the receiver confirms to collect the money, it will be debited to the receiver’s account immediately.

Transfer to other non-participating banks of JETCO Pay: After the receiver confirms to collect the money,it will be debited to the receiver’s account in 2 days.
