What is sender code for?

Sender code is an additional password for enhanced security. You may set sender code for each fund transfer transaction and inform the receiver. The receiver needs to enter this additional password before they can collect the money sent by you.

Is there any transaction limit using Wing Lung Bank JETCO Pay Fund Transfer Services?

The minimum limit per transaction is HKD1 and the maximum transaction limit is pre-set and fixed at HK$3,000 over 2 days so as to restrict the potential loss made to customer.

What if the receiver does not collect the fund?

The fund will be returned to the sender’s account if the receiver does not collect the fund within 7 calendar days.

Can the sender cancel the executed fund transfer transaction?

Sender can cancel the transaction through “Wing Lung Bank JETCO Pay” application as long as the receiver has not confirmed to collect the fund.

How long does it take to process each transaction?

Transfer to JETCO Pay participating banks: Once the receiver confirms to collect the money, it will be debited to the receiver’s account immediately.

Transfer to other non-participating banks of JETCO Pay: After the receiver confirms to collect the money,it will be debited to the receiver’s account in 2 days.
